Mid South Engine & Machine, LLC. was started in 1985 as Hulett Service Company, a small machinery repair service. We have grown tremendously since then, and have expanded our operations to include a full service engine machine shop, state-of-the-art engine rebuilding and testing facility, fuel injection and turbocharger rebuilding shop, and heavy equipment repair shop and field service.

Our East Texas headquarters is in the middle of operations for many different industries, and we provide service to all. We are serviced by all major freight carriers and offer two day ground service to many metropolitan areas.

Specializing in remanufactured and new replacement parts for Caterpillar engines and equipment, we can offer tremendous savings at repair time. We are also an Authorized Master Service Dealer for Perkins and Deutz engines.

Our 20+ employee staff is highly trained and able to fulfill your needs at a moment's notice. We perform virtually all of our rebuilding operations in-house, so we are never at the mercy of another company. This allows us to adhere to a very tight and accurate schedule and remarkable turn-around time. We also own a huge inventory of exchange components and cores, so we can save our customers hundreds of dollars that they would pay to our competitors in core charges.

We are also a buyer of used and core Caterpillar, Perkins, and Deutz engines.
