We control your entire engine overhaul from the moment your engine comes to the shop until the moment you pick it up:
- Visual inspection of engine – notes on any external damage or missing components
- Complete disassembly of engine and components
- Inspection and cleaning of all parts and components – notes on abnormal failure and parts that will not meet reusability guidelines
- Machine work and component rebuild – repair of block, crank, cylinder head, camshaft, crankshaft and connecting rods.
- Assembly – engine is reassembled in dust free climate controlled clean room
- Testing: once engine is assembled we perform dyno test or application testing with the latest diagnostic technology.
- Paint and final preparation for shipment – seal up openings, paint to customer specified color and secure on shipping stand (as applicable)
