When you have equipment that needs repair, you can count on accurate troubleshooting and repairs. Mid South will send out field service technicans and if they can't repair it on-site can bring it back to our shop. Our technicians are OEM certified with access to OEM diagnostic software.
While major engine repairs will require a visit to one of our facilities, our field service technicians can handle minor to moderate repairs and have your engine back in service quickly.

DPF Cleaning
Comprehensive Assessment
- Precise weight measurement (accurate to the gram) to establish baseline
- Visual inspection for damage, contamination, and structural issues
- Flow test measuring air restriction (recorded in "inH2O")
Thorough Cleaning
- Hand cleaning in our DPF blast cabinet with periodic flow bench testing
- Optional overnight bake and re-cleaning for stubborn buildup (additional cost)
- Replacement filter quote provided if performance remains unsatisfactory
Documentation & Results
You'll receive detailed documentation showing:
- Before and after weight measurements
- Before and after flow measurements
- Total particulates/ash removed
This data helps you build maintenance schedules, identify potential engine issues early, reduce downtime, and extend engine life.
